Ingredients For Yard House Poke Nachos
- Soya sauce – 30 g
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Nacho Chips – Any flavor
- Serrano – 2 tbsp
- Cilantro ( coriander ) – small bowl
- Moyo ( mayonaisse ) – 100 g
- Uni ( sea urchin ) – 30 g
- Sriracha – 2 tbsp
- Lime juice – 2 tbsp
- Cayenne powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Paprika – 1/2 tbsp
- Ponzu – 1 cup
- Xantham gum – 1/2 tbsp
- Avocado – 1 piece
- tobiko – 20-30 g
- Tuna – 150-200 g
Follow the below steps to prepare Yard House Poke Nachos
- Add moyo, uni, sriracha, lime juice, cayenne and paprika to a blender, mix well and store it in the bottle.
- Add the ponzu sauce and xantham gum to the blender and blend well to form a thick mixture.
- Take a bowl and add the tuna (cut it into small cubes), soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, rice vinegar and the 2 mixtures mentioned in step-1 and step-2, toast them well, so that the tuna gets some texture, and leave the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Get a large serving platter, add some nacho chips of your choice with the textured tuna.
- Top with chopped cilantro, serrano, avocado and drizzle with some uni mayo and ponzu glaze.
- Garnish with some sesame seeds, tobiko and micro cilantro.
